French at HKU

Join us for an information session about French courses in France and Québec in the Summer of 2025.

Discover our immersion courses and learn about our destinations and partner institutions. This info session will also provide details on available travel grants and financial aid to support your stay and the procedure for transferring your overseas experience into HKU credits.

Congratulations to our three HKU candidates who competed in the 3rd edition of the Hong Kong & Macau Interuniversity French Speech Competition (Concours Oratoire Interuniversitaire de Hong Kong et Macao) at The Fringe on Saturday, 8 March 2025!

After a successful participation in 2024, our French Football Team, composed of 7 students, was back for the second edition of the French Football competition and won the Fair Play Cup!

The Francophonie Festival is back for another edition from 02 March to 29 March 2025.

This year’s theme for the French-speaking world is ‘Francophonie avec Elles’ (Francophonie with Women).
